During a recent audit of my clinical practices, it occurred to me that the most expressions of gratitude I’ve received in my career, have been following surgical dental procedures.
People who had required that dreaded treatment and emerged on the other side with gratitude.
It made me think even an unpleasant procedure can be perceived differently, if offered with tenderness
